1) The document discusses a grant-funded partnership between College of the Siskiyous, K-12 schools in Siskiyou County, and regional healthcare providers to strengthen career technical education programs and pathways in healthcare fields. 2) Key activities undertaken through the partnership included teacher collaborations, guest speakers, student field trips and job shadows, curriculum development, and tracking student progress through pathways using CalPASS data. 3) Outcomes included new courses at the middle school and high school levels to increase career awareness, articulation of high school courses with college programs, and expanded interest among students and teachers in CTE pathways in healthcare fields.
