Raffaelo Santa (Raphael) was born in Urbino on 6th
April
1483. He was the son of Magia di Battista. Raphael
started

Some of his
other paintings are: Crucifixion, St. Michael and The
Three Graces. The last painting he ever did was called

Raphael’s Impact on Art
Raphael drew realistic drawing showing emotion. When
people looked at his drawing he made them think about
emotion and very detailed. So people started to draw
things with expression or feeling. He had an impact on
Mannerism painters because of some of his last works
are called Sistine Madonna and transfiguration.
