• Explanation of Benefits through Mentoring

• Ask new members for having them assigned
  by mentors
   If they want, ask them as well as existing
   members to gather together to get started with
   INTERVIEW.
   If they don’t, finish the orientation

Step 1. Hearing of concerns from new members

• Ask what kinds of skills that they want to
  improve.
    recovery from stage-fright / ease of tension
    vocal variety / body gesture
    speech organization / transition / strong opening-&-
    concluding remark
    persuasion / strive-not-to-use-notes / projections of
    conviction and sincerity
    get-to-the-point / elimination of jargons / word choice
    / speak plainly
    Appeal to the audience’s emotions

Step 2. Stable Matching Process between Mentor-&-Mentee

• How to decide Mentor and Mentee:
    One way
        Mentor to be picked by a new member; the
        new member becomes a mentee

    Another way
        Mentor to designate a new member as a
        mentee
 Both parties should communicate to each other clearly about
  the skills that they want to focus on.

Step 3. Mentor-&-Mentee’s Talks to reach some agreements

• How to reach agreements:
    One way
        Offline meeting before / after regular meeting
            Purpose: “rehearsal before the meeting” or “repeating
             mentee’s speech after the meeting to reinforce his
             speech completion with evaluation made by evaluators
             and members”
    Another way
        Online meeting before / after regular meeting
    Other ways ?
 Make sure that both parties exchange each other’s contact info.
