• Providing to local stakeholders a clear
understanding of what is monitoring and
how it can help to adress their needs and
issues
• Favouring pragmatism and actions-oriented
presentations (actions-driven discussions
instead of scientific / theorical conferences)
• Providing contributions from local
stakeholders level to national level
monitoring and to the post 2015 MDGs
framework
• Bulding briges between francophone and
anglophone world
