for quality, peer-reviewed open access material

Example DOAJ OA Statement
This is an Open Access journal which means that all
content is freely available without charge to the user or
his/her institution. Users are allowed to read,
download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the
full texts of the articles, or use them for any other
lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from
the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with
the BOAI definition of Open Access.

What is the DOAJ? • Directory of Open Access journals • Launched in May 2003, Lund University, Sweden – list of 300 titles • Centrally, publicly and internationally available community-curated database of high quality open access journal titles across all disciplines (scientific/scholarly) • Aim: to be the starting point for all information searches for quality, peer-reviewed open access material

  • 5. Example DOAJ OA Statement This is an Open Access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of Open Access.
