Strategy:Blizzard Entretainment strives to fulfill its mission by creating well-designed, highly enjoyable entertainment experiences, and the company has maintained an unparalleled reputation for quality since its inception.  Business model: In order to createvalue and profit for the company, Blizzard Entertainment charges a monthlyfee from customers.
