sample activities from the VITAE course developed to teach peer coaching skills through the use of pedagogically useful Web 2.0 tools. These digital tools facilitate becoming a learning coach and peer coaching of colleagues is an effective form of professional development. Teachers gain their coaching skills through simple online tools that can also their extend classroom skills.
We made the VITAE course even better through the UnderstandIT project which used Concurrent e-learning Design, allowing a multi-national group of partners to develop a viable business plan for the VITAE course mainly through online meetings. The approach is a structured, facilitated method during which all relevant stakeholders and decision makers are present. This allows the process to progress rapidly and avoids delays as, for example, market research is carried out or technical feasibility studies are made. Ask me how we did it.
2. WHY ICT INTEGRATION?
