JOINT DELIVERY VOUCHER PROGRAM
with
TECHNICAL SKILLS SYSTEM OF LUCENA INC.
SY 2019-2020
Joint Delivery Voucher Program for Senior High School Technical-Vocational-Livelihood Specializations (JDVP-TVL) is one of the
requirements of the SHS Grade 12 students nationwide. It is a mandatory requirements that need full compliance. In view of this, Cotta National
High School – Senior High School Department TVL - EIM Track have complied with this. EIM students under the tutelage of Mr. Francisco P.
Macatugob have been submitted for the said joint delivery voucher program training. Joint Delivery Voucher Program truly serves as an avenue
to cater the needs and demands of the students. First-hand experience truly play an important role in their daily life situation in order to hone their
talents and skills so as to become truly empowered and globally competitive SHS - EIM graduates.
Just like any academic strands, EIM students are required to have their joint delivery voucher program in compliance with DepEd Order
No. 19, s. 2019 relative to joint delivery voucher program as one of the requirements for graduation. In view of this, through the initiative of Ms.
Ritchelda D. Abadilla, the School Head and Ms. Loida L. Tabernilla, the SHS Asst. Principal II in partnership with Ms. Ma. Ana P. Dayahan –
Technical Skills System of Lucena Inc. Owner/President, the necessary joint delivery voucher program has been organized. The full support of
3. Ms. Ma. Consolacion V. Teñido - PSDS/Division SHS Focal Person, Ms. Ritchelda D. Abadilla – School Principal, Ms. Loida L. Tabernilla –
SHS Asst. Principal II and Mr. Francisco P. Macatugob – TVL 12 EIM Teacher truly play a pivotal role in order to materialize joint delivery
voucher program activity.
Prior to the joint delivery voucher program training, the Grade 12 students submitted themselves for Physical Examination with LC
Diagnostic and also went to Red Cross for their registration of health insurance. To assess their communicative competence, they have been
interviewed and required to answer the prepared test by the Technical Skills System of Lucena Inc. personnel. They feel happily fulfilled upon
accomplishing the written and oral examination given to them. They were able to comply all the preliminary requirements because they have been
supervised by Mr. Francisco P. Macatugob their respective class adviser.
October 21, 2019 marks a significant event. This is the orientation day wherein SHS - EIM students have finally met the Technical Skills
System of Lucena Inc. personnel who provide technical assistance about what they are expected to do.
Having been informed about the precautionary measures they need to employ to avoid any untoward incident, SHS - EIM Students
willingness is clearly observed in their eyes during joint delivery voucher program orientation. They are very much willing to do their best in order
to accomplish the required task. Their joint delivery voucher program had started on October 21, 2019 and finished last December 18, 2019.
