Sanchong Jixian Eco-Park is between Sanchong and Luzhou District.
三重集賢環保公園位於三重區與蘆洲區的交界處，
It is also right next to Ximei Canal.
緊鄰溪美大排。
It was originally zoned for a garbage transfer station and a
substation.原先被規劃為垃圾轉運站及變電所的這塊
土地，
After complaints by the public, it was changed into an eco-park.
在居民反對後，才被改建成一座生態公園。
Ximei Canal was restored, and now the waters are clean.
溪美大排經整治後，現在水質十分乾淨清澈。
