  • Hi Hitesh, Very useful presentation, especially for those who are interested to use McKinsey 7S Model in their organizations. The 7S model can be used in a wide variety of situations. In particular, we found this is a very powerful framework for improving the performance of a company, align departments and processes during a M&A process or while implementing a business strategy. We have published a PowerPoint template with some catchy slide designs (find it here: http://www.slideshare.net/slidemodel/mckinsey-7s-model-powerpoint-template ) that could be used as a presentation model. Regards, Julian
