• In this intro for this podcast it starts with a radio presenters
voice introducing the show and the network its on. All with a
catchy score in the background. There are also sound effects
used to indicate a shift in topic and when advertising sponsors
• All topics discussed (anecdotes, recent news, and general
funny stories and thoughts) always have a funny side and are
joked about in the podcast. A segment where the hosts read
comments and questions from the audience is formal towards
the audience and includes them and adds a way of
communication between them.

because of the humour and stories from all the hosts

5. Research Analysis
• What common features do the researched
products have?
– All the products that were used for my research
include some form of intro and outro
– The already existing products feature a small
intermission between a topic change, where they use
sound effects or background music
• What aspects of the research will you include
within your on work?
– For my own product I will plan and produce my own
intro on a music making program and then have a
voice over to introduce who’s hosting and the topics
we’ll be discussing
