I am going to put a histogram here, but don’t know why I can not add here. We can edit at the meeting.
the three pilars are PEOPLE, PROCESS, TECHNOLOGY. all aspects have work for bpm to be success. 1. business process need to be fit with purpose and all the demand of the stakeholders’ requirements. 2. people” aspect also need to work. if customer neglect to provide all the customer’s information, it will alert him/her that the application form is incomplete. if a adminstrator forgets to approve a process step, he will get an alert, the alert escalate to the manager. The So-called Process manager will also get an alert that the process is stuck. 3. this level of the visibility is impossible be achieve without the technology. in order for the automation of processes to work smoothly, the information system needs to work seamlessly most of the time..

because bpm helps in the automation and allowing clearer visibility on its business processes, hat saves alot of time and leads to increase in signficant efficiency which improve’s their company’s operations.
Why would DBS want to change their existing infrastructure. It is because they want to promote business agility and eliminate point-to-point interfaces. Elimate time consuming and error-prone coding
