Benefits of NetSuite as a global ERP/CRM
Credibility
YouGov is a global Market Research and Data business.
We are different to most other research agencies, because we are a full stack organisation – we own the research process from start to finish. Almost all other research agencies use one of a handful of fieldwork (online sample) providers to collect their data. We don’t, we own our panel – its our biggest assets, at over 4m people worldwide and growing.
The benefit of owning that panel means we also have very tight quality control, higher quality means better data, better data means better insight, better insight means better decisions made by our clients, therefore aiding their success.
But that’s only half the story, owning the panel means we can connect data, creating linkages for clients that were never before possible. This is a theme that will run throughout this document and I’ll ex[p[and on later.
There are also a couple of key numbers to pick out here.
4.2 million and 28 – the size of our panel and the number of offices we have worldwide. We deliver globally but think locally.
2000 – we started life in the new millennium as a tech company, and that is still very much in our DNA. Technology is at the heart of the business.
No1 – we are the most quoted research agency in the UK – people and organisations sit up and take notice of our results.
In January of this year, we went live with five new markets – The SE Asian markets of Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand, as well as Ireland.
More recently, we launched in Australia, India, Egypt and Canada.
You can see the category coverage in the four newest markets on the right hand side of the screen.
Please note that we additional capacity in these four markets and we will expand coverage in the future.
Please talk to your CS rep for specific brand coverage, pricing and the possibility to add your brand or sector if we don’t currently include it in the taxonomy.
A picture is sometimes the easiest way to provide an overview of the service :
First, all of our research begins with our community of panelists. Everyday, we engage thousands of consumers in a conversation about brands.
We do this by administering a simple/elegant survey. This takes 8-10 minutes to complete, and a respondent can provide specific feedback on up to 30 brands in a category, as well as his/her views and behaviors within the category.
That information is processed each night and stored in YouGov’s database, along with all of the historical information (survey answers and demographic and behavioral information) about that panelist.
Each morning that data is made available via our hosted online reporting tool, which is available 24 hours a day.
And all of the information is exportable into excel, so that you can perform additional analysis and/or integrate the BrandIndex data with other in-house and/or 3rd party data sets.
