  1. This chart gives some indication of the supply of teachers and what they can teach. When applicants apply for jobs online, they self-declare what subjects they are qualified and capable of teaching.As you can see, there is a large number of Applicants declaring that they are able to teach English, Social studies and Social Sciences. But because applicants can declare more than one subject they’re capable of teaching, this graph does not show the actual of numbers available to teach these subjects.
