- Workshop’s introduction and division of participants in groups (2min)The need for a more personalized environment for learning that can set free the learner to decide how to build knowledge, what kind of learning he or she prefers to pursue (formal or informal learning, social or more individual learning, short time or lifelong learning) or what he or she wants to learn, has led to the creation of a new learning model: the Personal Learning Environment (PLE)

- Creating a professional learning environment is not an easy process (Roger’s model for competence development lifecycle, 2003) but there are some certain phases to follow. Explore and identify the right professional networks, engage more actively in the communities, have mutually productive and sustainable knowledge exchange with the users of the communities and finally organize the professional network adding tools of your PLE, are some of the basic steps to follow
