About the Book Authors
SWEAT YOUR ASSET DERIVATIVE LTD
Larry Bossidy is chairman and former CEO of Honeywell International, a Fortune 100 diversified
technology and manufacturing leader. Earlier in his career he was chairman and CEO of
AlliedSignal, chief operating officer of General Electric Credit (now GE Capital Corporation),
executive vice president and president of GE’s Services and Materials Sector, and vice
chairman of GE.
Ram Charan is a highly sought advisor to CEOs and senior executives in companies ranging
from start-ups to the Fortune 500, including GE, DuPont, EDS, and Colgate-Palmolive. He is the
author of What the CEO Wants You to Know and Boards That Work and the coauthor of Every
Business Is a Growth Business. Dr. Charan has taught at both the Harvard Business School and
the Kellogg School of Northwestern University.
Charles Burck is a writer and editor who collaborated with Larry Bossidy and Ram Charan.
Earlier in his career he was an editor at Fortune magazine.

Dr Olayiwola Oladapo is a Strategic Organizational and Human Capital Development Professional with over 19 years of
experience leading transformation initiatives across different sector of the Nigerian economic landscape including
some of the Fortune 500 companies operating units in Nigeria that include Exxon Mobil, Shell, British American
Tobacco, Peugeot and also international development organizations like USAID and DFID.
His experience is a combination of expertise garnered from Management consulting assignments and direct hands on
senior management experience as an OD/HR executive in Oil & Gas, Aviation and Health Care organizations that
include Mac Tay Tack Consulting, Oando Plc, Bicourtney Aviation Service/MM2 Domestic Airport and Hygeia Nigeria
Limited.
His broad and deep understanding of the dynamics of the Nigerian market has been invaluable in helping him provide
strategic and organizational transformation advisory services to C-suite level executives across different sector of
Africa's largest economy. He has personally led the development of Strategic direction for both private and public
corporations like the Kaduna Refinery, Major Oil Marketers Association of Nigeria, ECM Terminals, Nigerian Export
Promotion Council, TSL logistics, NNPC Retail etc

ASCON in Nigeria and the Nigerian affiliate of the United State Human Resources Certification Institute. He is also
a lead facilitator for the West Africa campus of the Obama/USAID Young African Leaders Initiative(YALI)
Entrepreneurship Track.
Dr. Oladapo is a prolific writer, opinion leader and the author of the 2014 ground breaking book titled Sweat Your
Assets.

Henry Akwuebu has a Master’s degree in Research and Public Policy, Post Graduate Diploma in Management Sciences
and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology. He has spent the past 12 years working in varied consulting environments in
different sectors of the Nigerian economy. Henry is a result-oriented professional with top level HR and organizational
development, international development, project and management consulting experience.
He is an accomplished facilitator and a strategic national resource for the HR Certification Institute and the Nigerian
Society of Engineers (NSE). His consulting experiences spans HR, business management, organizational development
and international development. He has consulted for many notable organizations including; Options Consultancy
Services Limited UK (Subsidiary of Marie Stopes International), Centre for Clinical Care and Research (CCCRN), NNPC
(The Kaduna Refinery), Eterna Plc, Society of Family Health, The Nigerian Export Promotion Council, Power Holding
Company of Nigeria, Rivers State Sustainable Development Agency, Ecomarine Terminals (Calabar free port) and the
Major Oil Marketers Association of Nigeria (MOMAN).

Earlier in his career he was chairman and CEO of AlliedSignal, chief operating officer of General Electric Credit (now GE Capital Corporation), executive vice president and president of GE’s Services and Materials Sector, and vice chairman of GE. Ram Charan is a highly sought advisor to CEOs and senior executives in companies ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 500, including GE, DuPont, EDS, and Colgate-Palmolive. He is the author of What the CEO Wants You to Know and Boards That Work and the coauthor of Every Business Is a Growth Business.
