Nepotism is both boon and curse for our
society.
It act as a double edge sword, if not handed
properly can damage severely.
If a better person(relative) is employed, it
provide better stability to the organization.
On other hand if an un suitable person is
employed can lead to close or shut down of the
organization.






Nepotism should be used very cautiously .
A healthy Nepotism can lead the organization
to greater heights.
Un healthy Nepotism will cause sever loss to
organization.
