3. The question you need to answer
« What makes you good when you are good ? »
1. Describe in writing 3 situations, 3 short stories from your
professional or personal life, in which you felt completely fulfilled,
full of energy (give yourself 5 minutes to choose the 3 stories then
write)
2. What are the talents and competences that you put to use in these
different situations ? Write them down with reference to the 3
stories.
3. How would you describe a person with these talents and
competences ? Dress their portrait in writing.
It can be stimulating and useful to work in pairs. Taking it in turns,
one is the coach, the other the client. The interviewer-coach asks 3
questions and takes clear notes (and then gives them to the coachee)
for 45 min each maximum

6. Organizing and regrouping your talents
How to render your family of talents simpler and more
expressive ?
After you’ve gathered your talents in the form of post-its,
organize them, associating those that are similar.
Simplify by taking out the ones that are repetitive, only keep
the key words, go to the essential.
In a second instance group together the talents in two to five
coherent groups forming « characters » or « portraits » that
are emblematic of a part of your gifts. These character names
become the appellation of this group of talents and resume
their content
Don’t hesitate to be expressive and creative.
Alone or in pairs, this exercise can take some time, you can
leave your ideas to mature and come back to them.
