Fifth July Two Thousand Nine marks official launching of Skills ‘n’ Success – Self Learning Soft Skills
Kit. This has indeed proved to be the most successful Soft Skills Programme with numerous
achievements. When we opened our doors to embark on a marathon of Soft Skills development with
two management films (today a package of thirteen management films successfully floating in renowned B-
schools) we all had one vision and that was to develop better human resources for the corporate
world.
From the very beginning innovation, excellence and a spirit to excel characterized all our
management films and their respective workbook exercises. Everything break-through is resultant of
this new teaching methodology where participants are encouraged to learn, unlearn and sustain.
Learning is facilitated with behavior model technique through management films, unlearning the
concept is to practice workbook exercises and sustainability plan to retain core concept.
This success of Skills ‘n’ Success – Self Learning Soft Skills Kit would not have been possible without
the suggestions, appreciations and guidance of our buyers.
A very special thanks goes to all those institutions who shared their concrete feedback, their
involvement was critical to the entire process. I am especially indebted to the institutional heads who
took time out of their busy schedule to contribute.
