8. The first and only mandatory level is Level I,

28. With a senior rating, you will earn a bronze star
for your Leadership Award Ribbon.
29. By completing Level III, you are eligible for the
Grover Loening Aerospace Award.
30. With Level III completed, you will be eligible for
Major after 36 months as a Captain.
31. Level IV, Command and Staff is designed for members
who desire to become high-level CAP leaders.
