You mainly take up your responsibilities as a IT Helpdesk & Support Agent and aside from that
you will be involved in dedicated projects on Microsoft technologies.
You will provide technical support in French and English and ensure users are helped in a quick

Mission
Au sein de notre département IT, vous rejoindrez l'équipe «Test». Votre mission sera de vous assurer
que nos applications IT répondent aux exigences de nos clients en étant exemptes d'erreurs et de
défauts. Vous serez donc amené à préparer, exécuter et/ou coordonner les tests IT.
Vos principales responsabilités seront:
Analyser et comprendre les attentes des clients sur base de documents fournis (fonctionnels et
techniques) ;
Rédiger des scenarii de test et les exécuter afin de vous assurer que l'application réponde aux besoins
des clients ;
