Trafalgar Square is a public square in central London, United Kingdom. It is located in the City of Westminster, near the Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace. At the center of the square is Nelson's Column, which is named after Admiral Horatio Nelson who died at the Battle of Trafalgar in 1805.
The standard MBA curriculum at most business schools is broken down along siloed subjects such as accounting, finance, management, operations, and marketing and attempts to teach students how to be a mid-level manager at a large corporation for the rest of their lives. Unfortunately, these jobs are mostly gone, having been shipped overseas or automated. This MBA curriculum is thus outdated and not appropriate for the 21st century when most individuals will have multiple jobs and roles throughout their careers and lives.
The more appropriate field of study which has yet to make it to business schools is known as Perpetuity Science. Perpetuity Science is the body of knowledge, methodologies, and optimization models related to the building, selling, and buying of perpetuities. It explains how perpetuities can be built, managed and exited from to create wealth. Perpetuity science is a paradigm shift in business and finance education in that it replaces the siloed subjects traditionally taught in undergraduate and graduate business schools with a holistic methodology that integrates industry and the capital markets into one framework.
Instead of a disparate business taxonomy along the lines of economics, finance, accounting, marketing, etc., we have an initial taxonomy broken down in relation to the perpetuity, namely:
Build-side – the building of perpetuities (entrepreneurs, corporations)
Sell-side – the selling of perpetuities (investment bankers, wall street)
Buy-side – the buying of perpetuities (private equity, corporate M&A)
Within each of the three, we have various methodologies and optimization models that may touch on various subjects such as accounting, finance, economics. By starting with perpetuity science however, the student can better synthesize the various moving parts of industry and the capital markets.

This document presents a marketing plan created by UVa-Wise students to promote enrollment at the college. It includes research on the target audiences, a competitive analysis of similar colleges, and objectives to increase brand awareness and social media following. The central idea is a campaign called "I AM WISE" to highlight how UVa-Wise students become wise by choosing the college's benefits like affordable cost and friendly atmosphere.
The document discusses a flipped classroom model for teaching the differences between American and British English. In a flipped classroom, students watch video lectures at home as homework. In class, time is spent doing exercises, projects, and discussions to reinforce what was learned from the video. The document outlines the objectives of analyzing spelling, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar and usage differences between American and British English. It provides the procedures and timeline for one class session, which involves students watching a video as homework, discussing differences in class, working in pairs to identify more differences, and presenting their findings. References used include an English language textbook and a YouTube video.
Digizik presentation @ Media Marketing - Give Me More: Sonic BrandingDigizik
During the GiveMeMore "Sonic Branding", you'll learn about the importance of sound and music for brands thanks to several specialists.

Then, François Charles (Digizik) and Max Hubeau (Sony Music Entertainment) will explain us how to optimize the brand/music relation.
Finally, the neuro-marketing and marketing research specialist Arnaud Pêtre (Brain Impact) will uncover how magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) applied to sound and sound imaging can help advertisers and agencies to improve their marketing communication.
JavaScript powering the dream of the connected homeRodrigo Fernandez
What if you could use JavaScript to control stuff in your home like lightning, garage doors, HVAC, TVs and audio systems? Although the most popular products and solutions like the Apple AirPlay, Google Chromecast and Nest Termostat rely on proprietary protocols, there are plenty of devices that support the UPnP standard, which should allow cross-vendor compatibility.
The W3C Device APIs Working Group released a draft of a JavaScript API for Network Service Discovery aiming those devices. Opera already released an experimental build that implements the proposed API which hopefully it would be soon supported by Firefox and Blink.
In this talk, we will know more about UPnP/DLNA and explore some of the possibilities to integrate them with our current technology stack. We will run some demos through experimental browsers and we will learn how to use Node.js and a Raspberry Pi to build a low-cost UPnP gateway to bridge the gaps for the current browsers and empower the audience to come up with their own crazy applications.
The document appears to be a magazine article that contains 6 analyses. The article was written by Mansour Aetekal and discusses multiple topics through several analytical sections.
The first 5 numbers to look at in a cash flow statementGeoff Burton
When a client hands you a set of financial statements you have to find something to say pretty quickly. This presentation shows you what to look at in the cash flow statement and suggests some questions that you could ask.
The production schedule outlines various shots needed to film a short horror film involving two main actors being stalked by an antagonist. It includes over 30 shots ranging from establishing shots of the actors in their home to point-of-view shots from the antagonist stalking them, culminating in shots of the antagonist brutally harming one actor while the other tries to escape. The shots involve a variety of camera equipment, locations both inside and outside a house, and costumes including casual clothes for the actors and a black hoodie with mask and fake blood for the antagonist.
A spreadsheet error in a 2010 research paper by Carmen Reinhart and Kenneth Rogoff undermined their conclusion that high debt-to-GDP ratios correlate with lower economic growth. Specifically, the paper incorrectly excluded several countries with debt over 90% GDP from its analysis, weakening the claimed relationship between high debt and slow growth that was influential in policymaking. The error was revealed in 2013 through independent research, demonstrating how easily mistakes can propagate in spreadsheets and the importance of transparent data and methodology.

bénédiction silencieuse puis disparaît, son but étant
accompli et sa mission terminée.
2. 10. Qu'est-ce que le Jugement dernier ? (2)
condamnation. Car il voit le monde comme étant
totalement pardonné, sans péché et entièrement sans
but.
Correction qu'Il a accordée à toutes tes erreurs, te
accueil. Et le monde attend ton heureuse acceptation,
qui le rendra libre.
5. 10. Qu'est-ce que le Jugement dernier ? (5)
Voici le Jugement Final de Dieu : " Tu es encore Mon
saint Fils, à jamais innocent, à jamais aimant et à
jamais aimé, aussi illimité que ton Créateur,
complètement inchangeable et pur à jamais. Donc
réveille-toi et reviens-Moi. Je suis ton Père, et tu es
Mon Fils. "
