Energy Efficient Building using Solar Energy and Adoptation of Green Building...ijtsrd
The field of "ENERGY EFFICIENT BUILDING", or building design and constructions that prioritizes energy efficiency and sustainability, is young but rapidly developing. This report's analysis of building construction practices includes description of methods that are currently being employed by the construction industry to increase energy efficiency methods to decrease the amount of energy used in building operating systems, and methods that are currently known to improve energy efficiency but are not yet commercially viable. As energy consumption from residential building is predicted to rise by more than 8 times by 2050 under the business as usual scenario, it is of vital importance for India to develop energy efficiency strategies focused on the residential sector to limit the current trend of unsustainable escalating energy demand. This study investigates methods of restraining growth in energy consumption in the Indian residential sector and documents energy saving potentials that can be achieved with focused policy and market efforts. The report examines other methods of encouraging the public to use energy more efficiently. Also discussed are possibilities for the state of mandate greater energy efficiency in the private sector, primarily through amendments to the building code and to land use and zoning policies. Due to current economic factors, this option may promote a state of policy of energy conservation more than attempting to encourage efficiency with incentives. The ultimate aim is to make the residential building as eco friendly. Buildings, as they are designed and used today, contribute to serious environmental and economical problems because of excessive consumption of energy and other natural resources. The close connection between energy use in buildings and environmental damage arises because energy-intensive and monetarily expensive solutions sought to construct a building and meet its demands for heating, cooling, ventilation, and lighting cause severe depletion of invaluable environmental resources
Energy resource efficiency in new constructions

Integrated Approach To Building Design.
The document discusses several LEED credits related to materials and resources, including required measures for storage and collection of recyclables and construction waste management planning. It describes options to achieve points through building reuse, building product disclosure/optimization of environmental product declarations, sourcing of raw materials, material ingredients, and construction/demolition waste management. Maximizing reused and recycled content, regional and rapidly renewable materials, and certified wood can contribute to LEED points.
Green Building And Low Carbon Building in MalaysiaSteve Lojuntin
This document discusses low carbon green buildings and provides examples from Malaysia. It begins by explaining the relationship between climate change, greenhouse gases, and green technology/living as a solution. Green technology is defined as minimizing environmental degradation while having low or zero greenhouse gas emissions. Key aspects of green buildings discussed include energy efficiency, water management, materials used, and more. The Low Energy Office (LEO) building in Malaysia is provided as an example, highlighting its solar panels, rainwater harvesting, and energy-efficient lighting and equipment that have reduced its energy consumption to below the national guideline. Continuous improvement of government buildings in Malaysia to reduce their carbon footprint and energy usage is also noted.
PPT is trying to brief role and importance of technology in making buildings qualitative, least consumer of energy cost-effective and sustainable. It also briefs about the agencies and involved in promoting technologies and also looks on the technologies in brief. It also considers role and importance of the materials in making buildings cost-effective. Presentation also tries to highlight the need of respecting material and using them in the natural form besides looking at the life-cycle cost to make them cost-effective in real sense of the term.
As a case study I present a data center design of a five star luxury hotel data center which housed about 80 servers securely in a not very conducive environment of a five star hotel where fire water leakage rodents are a major threat to the IT operations. Irregular state power supply was another source of disruption from the IT services from time to time.
This document discusses strategies for creating an energy efficient and eco-friendly building. It outlines the use of sustainable building materials like fly ash bricks and concrete, which reduce emissions and energy usage compared to traditional materials. Rainwater harvesting, vermicomposting, solar energy, and drip irrigation are presented as techniques for conserving water and producing renewable energy and fertilizer. The conclusion emphasizes that adopting these strategies can result in significant cost savings over the lifetime of the building, as well as increased comfort, health, and sustainability.
This document discusses how solar shading systems from Colt can maximize energy performance and productivity in buildings. It describes how shading, daylight optimization, and energy reduction can be achieved through the use of various Colt solar shading systems, including glass louvre systems, prism louvre systems, and metal louvre systems. The document highlights how these systems can provide architectural impact while saving energy, increasing occupant comfort, and improving productivity. It also provides examples of buildings that effectively utilize Colt solar shading solutions.

surer !

groupe pouvant inclure jusqu’à quatre ascenseurs.

suivantes: pick up, manœuvre collective montée ou
