2. Estonia
Estonia, officially the Republic of Estonia, is
a state in the Baltic region of Northern Europe. The
territory of Estonia covers 45,227 km2 and is
influenced by a temperate seasonal climate. The
Estonians are a Finnie people, and the official
language, Estonian, is closely related to Finnish.
Population in Estonia - 1 294 236 thousand people
Estonia divided into 15 counties. The capital and
largest city is Tallinn.
3. Symbols of Estonia
The state symbols are the flag, the coat of arms,
cornflower and a swallow.
4. Narva
Narva- third largest and on population the city in
Estonia, the largest Russian-speaking city of Estonia,
the largest city of the district Ida-Virumaa. The
population — 61 076 people.
6. On either side of the river Narova powerful
fortresses are located: Narva Castle with bastions and
the Ivangorod fortress. It is a unique architectural
complex: the classical lock with a belt of bastions of
the XVII century and Russian fortress of the XV-XVII
centuries.
7. Sights
Herman's lock — a medieval castle in the city of
Narva, based by Danes in the XIII century. The Narva
Castle is one of the main attractions of the city. The
area of the castle is 3.2 hectares, and the highest
point is the Tall Hermann Tower (51 meters).
In Herman's tower and in the oldest part of the lock
the Narva museum settles down.

13. Fishing in Estonia
At formation of the coastal people of Estonia the
Swedish and Russian immigrants in the 13th century
brought with themselves new ways and fishery
receptions. The sprat, later a sprat, the Eel and a cod
was the main food fish in the sea.

water-mill, cloth factory of merchant Momma, factory
of baron Shtiglits.
16. On the Narva reservoir fishery is highly developed
and here 27 species of fish, from which 7 types –
trade live. The bream, a pike, a burbot, жерех, язь, a
perch, small fry, and also a ruff, the rudd, a guster, a
tench and a crucian – "ordinary" representatives of
fauna of the artificial lake.
