2. What is Translation
If we look at a general dictionary, we find
the following definition of the term
translation:
translation n.( 1 ). The act or an instance of
translating.
(2) . A written or spoken expression of the
meaning of a word, speech, book, etc. in
another language.

3. DEFINITION OF TRANSLATION
Translation is generally used to refer to all
the processes and methods used transfer
the meaning of the source language text
into the target language .

4. by means of using:
1-Words which already have an equivalent in
Arabic language,
‫يتكلم‬(e.g. speak)
2-New words for which no ready-made
equivalents are available in Arabic
beforehand,(e.g. satellite) ‫قمر‬‫اصطناعي‬

5. 3-Foreign words in Arabic letters ,(e.g. aspirin)
.‫اسبيرين‬
4-Foreign words changed to suit Arabic
pronunciation ,spelling, and grammar,(e.g.
‫ديمقراطية‬democracy)
