Presentation summary: Discover some of the types of lessons that you can make using the educreations app on the iPad. Participants will be provided with the instructions and shown some of the "products" made by the Presenter's Foundation students. The Presenter will set up a virtual class that participants will be able to access on their iPads during the presentation. The educreations app creates a digital whiteboard that allows people to write , type, insert pictures onto as well as to record a commentary. Create content with eduCreations will allow you to see just how easy the app is to use, allow you to also see possibilities with the app or indeed realize things that are new to the Presenter. Student files can be sent by email or the link can be copied into a Word document. Presenter bio: The Presenter is currently teaching on the Foundations program in English at RAK Men's College, she has been involved in the integration of the iPad into learning and teaching strategies since last September. She has narrowed down her choice of "best practice" apps over the last few months - many of the best apps in practice are free which makes them accessible to educators and students alike who do not have "app packages" as part of their programmes.

 access a class
 learn to use the basic features of the app:
 write on the whiteboard
 upload photos
 use the keyboard feature
 save your work
 send your work to someone else

3.  share a Dropbox link to instructions on how
to use the app
 Set up a teacher account
 Send exercises to your classes
 Please write down your email on the paper
provided at the workshop so that I can send
you the invitation to share the Dropbox folder
