2. Evermore is a romance with a paranormal twist and as a fan of this type of story I
wanted to read this book. I liked it even though the storyline was predictable: it’s an
enjoyable and easy reading book. The main character, Ever, struggling with her new
abilities and her emotional journey through the book, is a very interesting character.
As for the side characters, they’re interesting as well. Damen is Ever’s love interest and
he is a mystery, not just because he can be kind to Ever in a moment, and cold as ice
one minute later, but also because she can’t use her abilities on him.
I recommend this book to everyone who likes romance and fantasy.
