3. Note The 2010-2011 CELDT Scores are OFFICIAL The 2011-2012 CELDT Scores are UNOFFICIAL. KCPA will receive OFFICIAL 2011-2012 CELDT Scores in February 2012. This analysis was developed in order to communicate English Learner's progress at Prep.
4. Process 1. Students tested. 2. Tests were graded using official grading scale in Examiner's Manual. 3. Writing tests were scored using official rubric by district trained ELD Coordinator. 4. Results were compiled onto CELDT score sheet provided in the CELDT Examiner's Manual. 5. Zangle report indicated last year's CELDT scores. 6. Entered all data by homeroom into Excel. 7. Generated graphs using Excel.

6. Students must grow one proficiency level each year (B>>EI>>I>>EA>>A). Therefore, students are allotted 5 years if they begin at the Beginner level to pass the test.
7. Students must take four sub-tests: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
8. In order to pass CELDT, students must have a scaled score of Early Advanced or Advanced combined with a ELA CST of Basic or higher.

23. Application 1. Students scoring Intermediate, Early Intermediate, and Beginner will receive English Language Development Support by ELD program. 2. CST Scores for Early Advanced and Advanced students will be generated to see how many students we will reclassify in 2012. 3. Teachers will use this information to assist in lesson planning, the SST process, and PLCs. .
