Regarding qualities of a successful 
employer, one should be dedicated to 
his work and take the company’s goal 
as his personal mission. He should put 
his100% effort with hard and smart 
work, which can help to achieve the 
goal of any organization.
CHALLENGES AS 
OPPORTUNITIES OR HURDLES 
During his small but successful 
career, he faced many challenges, but 
he took every challenge as an 
opportunity which helped him to grow 
his self and his career. He never tried 
to run away from any problem instead 
he faced it with courage.

obstacles to overcome, but 
momentum and inevitability around

where as his long term goal is to

of all, he feels satisfied internally but
