Vous l’avez déjà entendue cette phrase qui fait le buzz dans la communauté Agile ? Il ne faut pas faire de l’Agile…Il faut être Agile ! Bon, c’est bien joli mais concrètement ça veut dire quoi ? On fait comment ? Réponse à cette question dans ma session où je vous donne des outils concrets pour que chacun puisse avoir des comportements Agile, collaboratif et efficace. Autre question que l’on se pose souvent : comment faire l’évaluation annuelle d’une équipe Scrum ? Réponse également dans cette session. Ces outils seront aussi particulièrement utiles à quelqu’un impliqué dans une transformation Agile. Qu’il soit Team Member, Coach, SM, PO ou Manager.

Conférence donnée le 10 Mars 2021 Organisation: Scrum et Agilité à Paris - Scrum Alliance User Group J'ai l'honneur d'accueillir Bruno Sbille qui va animer cet atelier sur les familles d'âmes. Bruno est un pionnier de L'Agilité en général et de Scrum en particulier. Son premier projet Scrum s'est déroulé en 2007. Coach Agile et Formateur, il est notamment CST (Certified Scrum Master) auprès de la Scrum Alliance. Il est le co-auteur du livre « À la découverte des familles d'âmes » publié aux editions Tredaniel. Durant cette session interactive nous allons discuter collaboration, communication et...développement personnel. Au travers du modèle des familles d'âmes, un modèle qui reprend des concepts de psychologie contemporaine tels que: Le triangle dramatique, le processus du deuil et les traits de personnalité, nous apprendrons à mieux nous connaître et à mieux connaître les autres. Connaître son propre mode d'emploi, ainsi que celui, différent, de ses collègues, vous permettra d'être efficace dans une équipe. Qu'elle soit Scrum, Agile ou dans un environnement traditionnel. However, as I’ve experienced these techniques in Agile Teams (with the role of team member, scrum master or coach) they appear to be very efficient and powerful tool of communication. Connaissez-vous les "Agile Games" ou Jeux Agile ? Ils sont apparentés à la discipline des "Serious Games". Mes excuses pour tous ces anglicismes dans une seule phrase :-) Ces jeux vont vous permettre d'expérimenter et d'améliorer votre connaissance des méthodes et principes Scrum (et Agile). Le fait de mettre les participants en action favorise l'apprentissage. De plus il a été observé que l'être humain apprend efficacement si l'expérience se passe dans une atmosphère détendue en passant un bon moment. Pendant 90 minutes nous jouerons un maximum de jeux ayant pour thèmes les estimations, l'auto-organisation et autres principes Scrum & Agile

La PNL est une branche jeune de la psychologie. Le terme PNL est devenu célèbre car apparaissant régulièrement dans des séries comme les Experts ou The Mentalist. Loin des mythes véhiculés lors de ces séries, la PNL est une véritable trousse à outil qui va vous permettre de mettre toutes les chances de votre côté pour le succès de votre projet Agile. Après une courte introduction sur ce que l'on entend par PNL et Agile, nous nous pencherons sur le VAK. Le Visuel, L'Auditif et le Kinesthésique. En quoi notre vision des choses est-elle influencée par ce concept. Nous verrons également le triangle dramatique avec ses rôles: le sauveur, la victime et le persécuteur Nous verrons comment il peut nous aider à: mieux communiquer, motiver les gens, donner de la reconnaissance, donner un feedback positif et régler un problème. Le tout avec un lien concret vers les méthodes agile.

In BC’s nearly-decade-old “new” curriculum, the curricular competencies describe the processes that students are expected to develop in areas of learning such as mathematics. They reflect the “Do” in the “Know-Do-Understand” model. Under the “Communicating” header falls the curricular competency “Explain and justify mathematical ideas and decisions.” Note that it contains two processes: “Explain mathematical ideas” and “Justify mathematical decisions.” I have broken it down into its separate parts in order to understand--or reveal--its meaning. The first part is commonplace in classrooms. By now, BC math teachers—and students—understand that “Explain mathematical ideas” means more than “Show your work.” Teachers consistently ask “What did you do?” and “How do you know?” This process is about retelling, not just of steps but of thinking. The second part happens less frequently. Think back to the last time that you observed a student make—a necessary precursor to justify—a mathematical decision. “Justify” is about defending. Like “explain,” it involves reasoning; unlike “explain,” it also involves opinion and debate. In order to reinterpret the curricular competency “Explain and justify mathematical ideas and decisions,” I will continue to take apart its constituent part “Justify mathematical decisions” and carefully examine the term “mathematical decisions.” What, exactly, is a “mathematical decision”? Below, I will categorize answers to this question. These categories, and the provided examples, may help to suggest new opportunities for students to justify.
