Neuro-management: a new art of life
The latest neuro-science research into the functioning of our brain has opened new perspectives into understanding ourselves and our interactions with others. The only sustainable power we have is in ourselves.
The first insight is that a majority of stress comes from within ourselves and not our environment. A second and perhaps more important finding is our ability to switch modes of thought from stressfull to serene. AMM is useful in many situation but is really a fault ami in complex situation
