On several things not least the business plan and the value of Europeana to each of its customers – the politicians, the content providers and partners, the market and not least the user.And part of this is developing with the content providers and aggregators, the portals themselves a European Information Cultural Heritage Space that works for the user, is sustainable for the content providers and aggregators and describes the role of Europeana within it.
