stresses on all affected joints.

and transfers.

4. • Maintain and restore joint ROM –

• Teach proper positioning techniques

5. • Strengthening -
• Isometric- minimize atrophy
• Prepare for dynamic and wt bearing activities
• Improve muscle tone
• Maintain and increase static strength
• Dynamic - improve muscle power, improve function,
improve strength of bone and cartilage.
