4. Ingredients Main ingredients : Chicken. Sub ingredients : green chilly 5g, red chilly 5g, green onion : 20g, garlic : 20g, egg 30g, starch 50g, rice wine : 22ml, soy souse : 1ml, pepper : little, ginger : little, sesame oil : 14ml, cooking oil : 1100ml, water 40ml, vinegar : 20ml, soy souse : 15ml, oyster souse : 15g, sugar : 15g

5. Slice chicken leg thick like 3-4cm

6. Slice red and green chilly which are removed seeds thinly

7. Cut garlic into thin slices

8. Add rice wine 7g, soy souse 1g, pepper little to chicken to taste

9. Toss chicken, starch, and egg in a bowl

10. Fry chicken leg in cooking oil

11. After 1 minute, remove them from the oil, and then remove moisture with tapping the chicken. Fry them again. ♣Appropriate oil temperature is 170-180Celcius

12. Prepare souse (Mix water 40ml, vinegar20ml, soy souse 15ml, oyster souse15g, and sugar 15g)

13. In another frying pan, put oil and prepared vegetable to roast

14. Pour rice wine and fried chicken into the frying pan

15. Spray prepared souse on the fried chicken.
