PDHPE (Personal Development, Health and Physical Education) is an important part of the primary school curriculum. It promotes physical and psychological well-being, improves movement skills and cardiovascular health, and enhances bone development. PDHPE also helps students build interpersonal relationships, develop a positive self-image, and make safe and informed life decisions around topics like personal safety, relationships, and health.
