The art phenomenon really difficult to define, sometimes there are no clear boundaries between
what can be considered art and what cannot be considered art. What might we consider today's art may
not be the case after a further period and in accordance with the common interests and ideology and
lifestyles adopted by people more in their lives. There are also non-technical aspects of the art and
technical aspects were considered (academically) of the arts. There are also aspects of the aesthetic
with nothing to do for beauty in the traditional sense or forms with a relation ,it is possible to enjoy an

In addressing photography as one of the areas of communication arts visual, we find that photographing

journalist and commercial photography ... To last areas to use photography but it is noticeable in the
Arab world there are no studies to schools or curriculum sets standards and benchmarks monetary what
we produce from photographically, especially those employed in the field of commercial photography,
where interested our studies the technical aspects of image quality and methods of control, and latest
equipment for lighting and imaging methods used, and is not pointing for image as a work of art
contains aesthetic values subject to criticism on a scientific basis or methodology, fine art
photographer especially in the field of commercial photography miss those offers scientific method to
monetize their business. This is in addition to the lack of curriculum for Science of Photography in
Arabic in our educational institutions.
The research aims to identify the hermeneutics as an ideology, through the curriculum
ontological developed by the German philosopher Heidegger in the first half of the twentieth century.
Identify the use of hermeneutics as a method, and through the application of some of the
photographic work selected from commercial photography produced by researchers.
The approach has been chosen hermeneutics as analytical method to be applied in one of the
areas of Photography, commercial photography.
It is the most heavily traded types of photos in the present era. The study was divided into three
sections, the first definition on hermeneutics and divided into linguistic meaning and the idiomatic
meaning of hermeneutics. Then explained the philosophy of Heidegger in understanding the artwork
through hermeneutics. Addressed the first hermeneutics of as a critical approach, then hermeneutics
through the philosophy of Heidegger. Then the second section has dealt art and hermeneutics. Through
first hermeneutics in the language of art. Then hermeneutics in spoken language. Then hermeneutics
and visual language and concluded this section explain Heidegger analytical Van Gogh painting. Then
the third section, which concluded its study applying hermeneutics approach on some commercial
photography work. Then identify the results and recommendations of the study.
