NeXO (Network eXtracted Ontology) is a data-driven gene ontology inferred directly from
‘omics data. The NeXO Web application is designed to visualize the NeXO data sets and
existing ontologies, such as GO, utilizing modern web technologies.
- Provides a new way to visualize ontology data sets with modern web technologies
- Integrate multi-omics data into a HTML5-based Single Page Application (SPA)
- Open for future expansion
