● Write conversationally with crisp, easy-to-understand,
short paragraphs.
● Tailor summary to what your audience wants to hear.
● Make it interesting to read. Read it aloud to yourself
and others.
● Use personal pronouns.
● Separate blocks of text with white space.
● Include keywords, industry-specific qualifications and
job-specific skills.
