The following talk discusses Societe Generale's transformation journey to DevOps, and more largelly to continuous delivery principles, inside a large, traditionnal company. It emphases the importance of practices over tooling, a human centric approach massively leveraging on coaching, and our "framework" approach to make it scaling up to the IS level. It has been initially delivered at DevOps Rex conference, with teammate Laurent Dussault, also DevOps coach at Societe Generale.
