The Sudis diagnosis system monitors the three main feed pumps at the Grafenrheinfeld nuclear power plant in Germany. It collects sensor data on vibrations, temperatures, pressures and other parameters. This data is analyzed to calculate key indicators of pump performance and detect early signs of issues. By continuously monitoring the pumps' condition, Sudis helps plant operators plan maintenance to avoid unplanned outages and reduce costs through condition-based rather than time-based maintenance.
