If the world's population was represented by a village of 100 people:
- 57 would be Asian, 21 European, 14 American, and 8 African
- 52 would be women and 48 men, 30 Caucasian and 70 non-Caucasian, 30 Christian and 70 non-Christian
- 6 people would possess 59% of the total wealth and all would be from the US
- 80 would live in poverty, 70 would be illiterate, and 50 would suffer from hunger or malnutrition
- Comparatively, most people in the world face challenges such as lack of access to education, poverty, and food insecurity.
The document humorously explains the creation story from the perspective of God creating healthy foods and Satan countering with unhealthy temptations. It describes God creating vegetables, yogurt, and lean meats for health, while Satan introduces ice cream, donuts, flour, fried foods, and fast food to encourage overeating and weight gain. The story portrays a playful dynamic between God and Satan, with God providing solutions like running shoes and surgery that Satan then undermines with inventions like cable TV and cuts to healthcare.
The document discusses the appropriate use of indicators for risk management and calculating risk-reward ratios in trading. It notes that indicators should be used objectively to develop trading strategies, rather than creating signals on their own. Traders need to understand their own psychology and risk tolerance before selecting indicators to develop strategies. Both subjective and objective indicators are discussed, as well as how different indicators can provide congruent or incongruent signals. The relationship between indicators and risk management strategies is also covered.
