2. Welcome to EDA 690L GOAL The Educational Leadership Internship gives the student the opportunity to put into practice what the theories have been learned in the program coursework. It is a critical time of reflection where connections are made between administrative initiatives and student learning. It is the goal of this course to encourage students to make this kind of reflection a part of their on-going professional practice.

4. Objective Act with reasoned understanding of major historical, philosophical, ethical, social, and economic influences affecting education in a democratic society.

5. Objective Frame, analyze, and resolve problems using appropriate problem solving techniques, decision-making skills, and conflict management techniques.

6. Objective Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions, plan and assess school programs, design accountability systems, plan for school improvement, and develop and conduct research.
