ÉTAPES
#1 – AIRE DE TRAVAIL ET PÉRIMÈTRE DE SÉCURITÉ
● Dégager l’aire de travail.
● Délimiter à l’aide d’un ruban ROUGE l’espace sécuritaire de travail.
#2 – PRÉPARATION
● Positionner les vérins hydrauliques pour soulever le côté « SORTIE » tel que Schéma #1
● Préparer les blocs de bois pour installer sous les arbres aux endroits indiqués sur le Schéma #1 et de la façon montrée sur les
Schémas #2 & #3.
● Lorsque prêt à soulever, vérifier chaques points d’appui.
***IMPORTANT*** Toujours soulever le devant et le derrière en même temps.
● AVERTIR toutes les personnes présentes dans le périmètre de travail et faire sortir toute personne non nécessaire aux
opérations de déplacement.
#3 – LEVAGE CÔTÉ « SORTIE »
***ATTENTION*** POSITION DU CENTRE DE GRAVITÉ INCONNU : ESTIMATION AU ¾ DE LA HAUTEUR
● Soulever le côté « SORTIE » de ½’’ et ajouter immédiatement des blocs de bois sous les pattes avant et arrière pour combler le
vide.
***CHAQUE POINT D’APPUI DOIT ÊTRE SURVEILLÉ EN PERMANENCE DURANT L’OPÉRATION***
● Une fois assuré de la solidité des supports de bois :
Répéter le soulèvement par incrément de ½’’ toujours en ajoutant les blocs de bois nécessaires sous les pattes rouges.
● Soulever la machine assez haute pour installer les nouvelles pattes.
● Lorsque la hauteur est atteinte, installer les chariots à rouleaux (15,000Lbs) tel que Schémas #1 & #2.
LES CHARIOTS À ROULEAUX PEUVENT ÊTRE REMPLACÉ PAR LES COUSSINS D’AIR À TROIS (3) PTS (voir Schéma
#1).
#4 – VÉRIFICATION DES APPUIS
● S’assurer que chaque points d’appui (support à rouleaux + blocs de bois) sont SOLIDES et conformes pour le déplacement.
#5 – LEVAGE CÔTÉ « ENTRÉE »
● Préparer les vérins hydrauliques aux endroits indiqués sur le Schéma #1.
● Préparer les blocs de bois (Schémas #1, #2 & #3).
● Répéter les étapes #3 et #4 pour le soulèvement et l’installation des chariots et blocs de bois.
● NE PAS OUBLIER D’INSTALLER LES PATTES.
