best sustainable performance and make people happy (committed and 
engaged) so customers and shareholders are happy too.

FOCUS ON HR Manager People Manager 
Organisation • Sets the organisational framework (rules, 
guidelines, processes, tools) so committed and 
engaged people can operate together to deliver 
value in a way fitting with the business strategy, 
the company culture & values, and in compliance 
with the local employement laws. 
• Ensures the right relationships with the union 
representative 
• Uses or ensure the use of the HR 
framework to achieve both a 
sustanaible productivity and the right 
people development 
• Ensures the best team development 
possible and makes sure the team 
collaborates efficiently with the vlaue 
chain stakeholders 
People • Makes sure every employee has at his/her 
disposal the tools and information so s/he can 
ensure his/her own personal development within 
the organisation. 
• Ensures the correct administration and financial 
consequences of the employment contract 
• Makes sure every co-worker is aware 
of his/her talents + areas of 
improvement and the way s/he can 
develop them futher 
Main customers • Managers • Individuals and team 
Data • Consolidates and monitors HR data at 
organisation level 
• Gathers data at team and individual 
level and receives team or individual 
reporting
