INTRODUCTION OF
SEO
 What is Search Engine?
Search Engine- search engine is a program where you search using
particular keywords and the search engine provides all data who you
want to know about this. A search engine is a set of algorithms which is
designed forgive the quality and relevant information based on
keywords. “Search engine is an algorithm program that searches
databases and internet sites for the document containing keyword
specify by the user” Different types of search engines available such as
Google, Bing, Yahoo, MSN, Baidu, etc. Google search engine is the most
popular use by most of the users in the world.
What is Search Engine Optimization?
SEO stands for “search engine optimization.” In simple terms, it means the
process of improving your site to increase its visibility when people
search for products or services related to your business in Google, Bing,
and other search engines. The better visibility your pages have in search
results, the more likely you are to garner attention and attract
prospective and existing customers to your business.
What is the Aim of Search Engine?
The Aim of Search Engine Algorithm is to present a relevant set of
high-quality search results that will fulfill the user’s query as quickly as
possible. The search engine algorithm’s goal is to provide a relevant set of
high-quality search results for the users.
How do search engines work?
There are three key steps to how most search engines work:
 Crawling - search engines use programs, called spiders, bots or
crawlers, to scour the internet. They may do this every few days, so it is
possible for content to be out-of-date until they crawl your website
again.

 Indexing - the search engine will try to understand and categories
the content on a web page through 'keywords'. Following SEO best
practice will help the search engine understand your content so you
can rank for the right search queries.
 Ranking - search results are ranked based on a number of factors.
These may include keyword density, speed and links. The search
engine's aim is to provide the user with the most relevant result.
Although most search engines will provide tips on how to improve your
page ranking, the exact algorithms used are well guarded and change
frequently to avoid misuse. But by following search engine optimization
(SEO) best practice you can ensure that:
 Search engines can easily crawl your website. You can also prompt
them to crawl new content.
 Your content is indexed for the right keywords so it can appear for
relevant searches.
 Your content can rank highly on the SERP.
Factors Affect Ranking-
1-Landing Page Content-Landing page content like your page text, image,
video. These things are decided your Google relevancy score and Google
provides your page ranking.
2-Authority-Authority plays important role in your website ranking. Let’s
suppose five pages of website relevancy score are same and ranking on the
same position so the Google will check your website authority and let’s take
a decision for which website will be rank on first No. on Google webpages. If
your connectivity with a high authority website that’s affects your webpage
ranking.
 If your authority would be more when you connect with good
authority website.
 If your authority would be less when you connect with less authority
website.
3-Bounce Rate - Percentage of visitors who enter the site and then
leave rather than continuing to view other pages within the same site. It
affects your webpage ranking.
What is SEO-?
SEO is the process where we optimize our website for ranking on
Google webpages. Where we optimized our website only for organic
form and we are not using any paid advertising to get the traffic. we
optimized the website only use for two modules that are called on -
page SEO and off- page SEO. These two types of strategies forget the
traffic in a website without any paid promotion.
1. ON-PAGE SEO- Content optimization (text, video, images), HTML etc.
2. OFF-PAGE SEO-Social signals, social citation, link building etc.
SEO Framework-
Journey of user- When the user search quarry in the search engine
retrieves the data and shows the relevant results and information in
front of the user. Lacks of pages show by the search engine.
But According to the research of Market – on average 65% of users
click the first results rather than 35% of users will be distributed in
other results on the first page of the search engine.
5.

 What is Keyword?
The keyword is the important word that user using for search engine

Right keyword selection is the foundation of getting started with SEO;
you should know what your prospects are searching for. If you want to

Let’s suppose I am a doctor specialist in dermatologist in Kanpur and I
have completed my website. I want to the business promotion that’s

users search through the search engine. In that case, keywords play an
important role. -Business point of view- best dermatologist in Kanpur

terminology but it should be optimized according to the user point
of view.
 Strategies for researching keyword-

2-Understand your costumer behaviors or concern
3-Devlop content Ideas
4-Mazor the size of your potential costumer
5-Develop new revenue
Types of KeywordQueries:
1-Brand related quarry
2-Application based quarry
3-Geolocation
4-Purchase
5-Longtail quarries
1-Brand related Quarry-Some users use only for branded
products and they have trusted because of its quality and customer
review etc. so that is a more possible user search through the brand-
related quarry when they purchase any products. we can target pages
according to the brand-related quarry.
Example-1-When user purchase shoes-
User quarry- “Discounted Nike Shoes”
2- When User finds airdrops -
User quarry- “Discounted boat airdrops”
2-ApplicationBasedQuarry-These types of queries depending on the
user’s vantage. Users have to buy products through the use of particular
keywords. So, we can find a user who searches quarry according to the
vantage and we optimize our page for particular keywords. Let’s take an
example.
Example- 1- “Low ankle tennis shoes”
2- “Collar less t-shirt”
3- “Lycra jeans”
3-Geolocation based quarry-This kind of keyword has limited search
volume but this caters to the local area. We targeted our business only use
for the local market. So, we optimized our page according to the local market
only. We create a particular page on our website which targets only local
users. Nowadays many users buy products such as clothes, restaurants,
bakery shops, etc. So, they used a geo-location-based quarry for finding
some better results.
Example-1- “best clothes store near me”
2- “Restaurant near me”
3- “Digital marketing institutein Kanpur”
4-Purchase related quarry-This type of quarry is based on different
types of variations. when users buying any products and services while they
using two types of quarries first is brand-related and the second is geo-
location-based. In simple language, we can say purchase related quarry is
the variety of different types of quarries.

Search quarries- 1- “Peter England clothes shop”
2- “Peter England clothes shop in Kanpur”
3- “Peter England Clothes shop near me”

type of information. When users find any types of quarries through the
search engine whether they use a long-tail keyword and these types of
information search engine provide him in the blogs forms. Some words
using through the user for finding any type of quarry.
Examples-1“Eardrops are good for ears or not”
2- “Which place is best in Kanpur city for roam?”

“Every keyword tells you the behaviors of audience information “
What is keyword research?
Keyword research is the process of finding and analyzing search terms
that people enter into search engines with the goal of using that data for a
specific purpose, often for search engine optimization (SEO) or general
marketing. Keyword research can uncover queries to target, the popularity
of theses queries, their ranking difficulty, and more.
 How to select the right keywords –
1-Search Volume (soul of the business)
2-Retrival Data (Time period)
3-Competetion (buying behaviors)
4-Relevency (According your niche)
5-Profitable (How profitable your keywords)
1-Search Volume-A body without a soul and a keyword without
search volume are the same. You use only which type of keyword that’s
provides search volume in your business and you get the profit. The
number of users behind the keywords. If a keyword that has
maximum search volume fetch you the maximum business
2-Retrivel data- It’s tells a period of time that’s search engine
provides the position of your webpage and it’s based on your keyword
relevancy and authority.
123456789-1234567890 (8-9month)
12345678-1234567 (7-8month)
123456-12345(5-6month)
3-Competition-The competition uses only for ads. It's divided into
three forms first is high, the second is medium and the last one is low.
We use it only to know about the keyword relevancy that it’s high,
medium, or low. This is a process for analyzing the keyword's
purchasing power.
4- Relevancy– Relevancy is based on your page keyword content
such as text, image, video because the search engine (Google) provides
your page relevancy score if you follow these types of strategies.
5-Profitibility-It depends on the client's need. A client wants to

Nowadays we are depending on social media platforms and waste our
precious time on these platforms and addicted also. So, what is the
reason that user was going on attract in social media platforms? It has
given these types of facility in our sites. Such as-
1. Transparent

1-Transparent- It is the process where we can know about the
person's behavior and his likes or dislike through checking his profile
on social media platforms as far as where we judge the transparency of
the user.
2-Unpredictable- It’s unpredictable because of new -new content
verity. That is the main point we all have attracted in social media
rather than another thing because we can share different types of posts
such as memes, political views, etc. These posts are unpredictable
because we don’t know what people post on our social media handles
and we are excited to know about this.
3-Vibrant - Social media handles provide us different types of
vibrant features in our platforms. Let’s we can take the example of
Facebook –they provide us the like, share, comments option to grab the
user's attention on our platforms. Other platforms like Instagram,
Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Different type of platforms provides the
different vibrant option for grabbing the user attention.
4- Authentic-This time social media platforms are not providing the
proper authenticity because of different types of loopholes available in

4-Top Management- This department used for influence the market.
 Impact Every Scale of business-
1-Social Media trust for small business.
2-Social Media build brand awareness for big brand.
 These are two types of businesses-
1- Small business
2- Big Brand
1- Small Businesses - it is called a local business because these
products are not available in the national market then that case when

need to gain trust in the market and social media can helps to provide
trust in your product and services. It does not matter your business is
small or big whereas matters your product quality.
Example- Mother’s man
2- Big Brand-If your product has made already as a big brand and

Mask Marketing -It’s called Bulked marketing. When we target our
audience in a form of bulk for promoting their brand. It does not
include Audience Interested based marketing, Generate ROI, Analytics.
We use this marketing only for brand awareness and this marketing use
only big scale companies.
Why to create Content –
On social media platforms, only one present user is creating new
content and 99% of the user only copies this content and paste our
posts so we need to content creator in social media platforms.
 Conversation Marketing Types -
1. Buzz and Viral Marketing
2. Influencer Marketing
3. Evangelism Marketing
4. Social Listening
1- Buzz And Viral Marketing- Viral marketing seeks to spread

Backlinks are an important SEO ranking factor. When a web
page gets multiple relevant backlinks from authority sites,
Google and other search engines consider the page to be more
relevant to the search query, thus improving the rank of the
web page. The number of backlinks is not always important
but the quality and relevancy make a big impact. Building
backlinks is at the heart of off-page SEO. Search engines use
backlinks as indications of the linked-to content's quality, so a
site with many high-value backlinks will usually rank better
than an otherwise another site with fewer backlinks.
Domain Authority (DA) is a search engine ranking score that
predicts how likely a website is to rank on search engine result

brand. It Combine ideas and products together to pitch the customers the
emotions tied with the product or services. Copywriting services are
advertorial in nature and its purpose is to reveal what your concerned
brand is all about. The only objective is Selling a Unique idea.
Copywriters simply write copy. Their work is to write down marketing
materials for a living. They are professionally involved in the writing
business only.
Few examples of copywriting comprise of marketing and viral
promotion channels, like Ads, web pages content, slogans and tag-lines,
television or radio commercial, email campaigns etc.
Process of Copywriting-
Define Buyer Persona (According to your Niche)
Buyer persona is a term that comes from the marketing world. We
translate it as ideal customer. It’s that portrait we create by imagining
who our ideal customer is based on data and experience.
In that portrait we will include his personal and professional situation as
well as his dreams and aspirations, what they think but above all his
fears.
Why Buyer Personas Are Important for Your Business?
1. Identify needs and wants
2. Understand purchasing decisions
3. Behavioral insight
4. Targeted content
5. List segmentation
2. Crafting your message (Content)-
In this we have to create and craft message or content according to our
need of buyer persona. So that can be convinced and they get interested
in buying our idea of selling them our product and services.
3.To target audience (Traffic)-
In this section we will target, in the way where our massages will reach
only where we want it to reach and to target audience and bring traffic. It
involves targeting audiences in such a way that defines only Buyer
Persona Like their attitude, behaviors, how they are thinking, what they
want so we have to target them on this basis.
Whatis the difference between ContentWriting and
Copywriting–
Copywriting is sales-driven; content writing is engagement-driven.
While both are written for marketing purposes, copywriting has a clearer
sales objective, whereas content writing is for branding.
Content writing is specialized content written for a business that’s
less sales and more informative and friendly, designed to help and
entertain to promote brand loyalty.
The purpose of copywriting is to sell or convert, so it follows a clear
direction.
As the purpose of content writing is to engage, it can veer in multiple
directions and have a variety of links, because it’s not there to directly
sell to you.
 Every Copywriting is always Content writing
But not every Content writing is Copywriting.
What are the roles and responsibilities of Content Writers?
1. Draft content ideas, ready for approval.
2. Creating brand awareness.
3. Generate landing page copy for pages across the website.
4. Write print marketing material that will be distributed to customers in
a variety of formats.
5. Create strategic content marketing ideas and strategies.
What are the roles and responsibilities of Copywriters?
1. Creative copywriters write to sell ideas, products, and websites,
writing in a conversational voice using easy-to-understand and
compelling language.
2. Every piece of writing a creative copywriter submits must be letter-
perfect, all copy carefully proofread and edited to make certain there are
no mistakes.
3. Writing is only part of a creative copywriter’s job. To make their
words even more appealing, they add visual elements to their copy,
including images, videos, and links to all their writing.
4.In addition to writing, creative copywriters are expected to promote
their work through social media channels to gain more readers and more
attention for their content.
Content writing makes audience and users unaware to aware.
Example- making a government job aspirant aware and interested in
Digital marketing course by telling them about Plan-B and asking him
what if you failed in UPSE exams?
-Then we will convince him to attend our seminar on digital marketing
6 months course and getting 100% job guaranteed, so in this way he
will become interested and fill form for attending seminar and it will
create leads and from leads it will convert into sales.
-Copywriting aim is to target audience.
Example- Telling an MBA aspirant to get admission in an IIM college
without clearing cat exam by telling them how to get the backdoor
admission in IIM or want to do executive MBA.
- In this way he will get interested to know more about it and will
become our lead than we will tell them about getting admission in IIM
Calcutta for Executive MBA after doing digital marketing and then
after 2 years of work experience in digital marketing get admission in
IIM Calcutta.
Whatis a difference between Headlineand tagline?
Headlines are the headings for various communication channels
(newspapers, magazines, ads, etc.), while Taglines are like slogans that
sum up the vision behind your brand/company/product/service.
Let’s talk about how Market is dividedis 3 segments?
1. 3% BUY NOW
2. 17% INFORMATION GETTING
3. 20% PROBLEM AWARE
4. 60% NOT AWARE PROBLEM
We have to make our buyer persona that how many people can buy your
product or services.
When we show our ads or website on google. Then you should think
only 3% people searches for buying.
Whatsays PARETO Principle?
The 80-20 rule, also known as the pareto principle, is an aphorism
which asserts that 80% of outcomes (or outputs) result.
From 20% of all causes (or inputs) for any given event. In business, a
goal of the 80-20 rule is to identify inputs that are potentially the most
productive and make them the priority.
For instance, once managers identify factors that are Critical to their
company's success, they should give those factors the most focus.
Although the 80-20 axiom is Frequently used in business and
economics, you can apply the concept to any field—such as wealth
distribution, persona.
Finance, spending habits, and even infidelity in personal relationships.
Example- 20% customer represent revenue 80%
Now again apply this rule in this 20%also again 20% customer are
generating 64% revenue
20% of 20%=4%
80% of 80% = 64%
Now you’re powers 4% this 4% customer bring lots of amount.
