1. “The mission of the Viatorian Community is to announce
Jesus Christ and his Gospel and to raise up communities
where faith is lived, deepened, and celebrated. Viatorian associates
are co-responsible for that mission and strive to carry it out
through their work as educators and through their other
pastoral, professional, and domestic activities. Viatorians devote
themselves to proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ
especially among the young and the abandoned in today’s world
and to working in favor of peace and social justice. They are especially
devoted to catechizing children and adults and to animating liturgical life.”
