In the present report, the Special Rapporteur on the rights of persons with disabilities explores issues relating to the rights of persons with disabilities in the Republic of Moldova in the light of international human rights norms and standards, in particular the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. The Committee considered the third periodic report of the Republic of Moldova (CCPR/C/MDA/3) at its 3309th and 3311th meetings (see CCPR/C/SR.3309 and 3311), held on 18 and 19 October 2016. At its 3329th meeting, held on 31 October 2016, it adopted the present concluding observations.
