They also conducted 39 consultancy projects, coached 100 individuals, completed 12 research projects and 12 thinking programs, working with 48 organizations overall.

L’idée d’aujourd’hui est
évidemment la continuation et
l’extension de la précédente. Cette
fois, cependant, des périodes
d’exercice réservées à l’examen
d’esprit sont nécessaires, en plus
d’appliquer l’idée aux situations
particulières comme elles se
présenteront. Il est vivement
conseillé de faire cinq périodes
d’exercice, en accordant une bonne
minute à chacune.

Dans les périodes d’exercice,
commence en te répétant l’idée.
Puis ferme les yeux et cherche avec
soin dans ton esprit les situations
passées, présentes ou anticipées
qui suscitent la colère en toi. La
colère peut prendre la forme de
n’importe quelle réaction, allant
d’une légère irritation jusqu’à la
rage. Le degré de l’émotion que tu
éprouves n’a pas d’importance. Tu
deviendras de plus en plus
conscient qu’une pointe minime
d’irritation n’est rien d’autre qu’un
voile tiré sur une intense fureur.

Par conséquent, essaie de ne pas
laisser les “petites” pensées de colère
t’échapper pendant les périodes
d’exercice. Souviens-toi que tu ne
reconnais pas réellement ce qui
suscite la colère en toi, et rien de ce
que tu crois sous ce rapport ne signifie
quoi que ce soit. Tu seras
probablement tenté de t’attarder
davantage sur certaines situations ou
sur certaines personnes que sur
d’autres, pour la fallacieuse raison
qu’elles sont plus “évidentes”. Il n’en
est rien. C’est simplement un exemple
de la croyance que certaines formes
d’attaque sont plus justifiées que
d’autres.
