Salim Lahlou is the founder and CEO of Baobab Lab, a startup focused on sustainable catering and connected canteens. He has always been entrepreneurial, founding a humanitarian association in 2006. In 2013, he had his first professional entrepreneur experience in fast food restaurants. In 2017, he launched Baobab Lab to revolutionize workplace meals by making healthy, homemade food accessible to all. His goals are to develop Baobab Lab's fridge network and team, while contributing to more sustainable consumption habits and local economies.
Ilfynn Lagarde is the co-founder of Youzd, an online platform for buying and reselling used home goods like furniture and appliances. She has a background in business from HEC Paris and previously worked for 15 years at large companies before launching Youzd in late 2019. Youzd aims to make reselling large used items easy and fun in order to promote more sustainable consumption habits. Gil deBizemont is the founder and CEO of Bilig Mobile, a company that designs and produces electric vehicles. He has always considered himself an entrepreneur and creator, having started his first business at age 16. deBizemont studied art and architecture. As an entrepreneur, he prefers self-funding his ventures during the early years of research and development. deBizemont believes that true innovation and simple, customer-focused concepts are key to success with startups. Je suis entrepreneur depuis 3 ans.
On s’est rencontré avec mon associé Rodrigue quand on était tous les deux
étudiants à l’ESCP. On voulait lancer notre boîte directement après notre diplôme
mais il nous a manqué la bonne idée pour se décider. On a mis en veille nos
ambitions d’entrepreneurs pendant quelques années, lui en conseil et moi en
banque. Mais on avait toujours envie de se lancer. Au final après 3 – 4 ans de vie
active, on a sauté le pas et on a lancé TacoTax.
▶ Comment vous décririez-vous en tant qu'entrepreneur ?
Je suis combatif et je ne lâche jamais rien. J’aime le bon sens.

Magistère Banque Finance Assas et ESCP.

Simplifier les choses compliquées. Utiliser la technologie pour conseiller et aider
les français à optimiser leur situation financière.

L’AUTEUR
Manager dans un cabinet de conseil, il est dans le domaine du Digital, du Management, de l’Innovation et de l’Agilité depuis 2000. Sa
vision de demain est un monde numérique dans lequel les changements profonds de comportements des hommes, les interactions
au sein des entreprises, la compétition internationale des grands groupes, le management et les organisations seront complètement
remis en question. La société bouge vite, très vite, l’innovation et la nécessité de plus d’agilité dans les organisations doivent être
une préoccupation majeure, il n'y a plus de doute là-dessus.
Ses convictions sont que sans une prise de conscience de ces enjeux de société, les entreprises d’aujourd'hui prennent un risque
important pour leur survie. Les individus, managers ou collaborateurs, devront s’adapter encore plus vite et plus fort que ce qu’il
n’aura été nécessaire à leurs grands-parents lors de la première révolution industrielle. En effet, le quotidien de tout un chacun va
évoluer avec l’explosion du digital. Ces modifications pourraient ressembler à de la science fiction encore aujourd’hui, mais elles sont
inévitables et bien réelles car la transformation est en marche.
Passionné par l’innovation, le numérique et le management, il s’intéresse particulièrement aux mécanismes liés à l’entreprenariat et
en particulier aux startups. Cela l’a amené à réaliser une série de portraits de startupers pour les partager sur son blog. Son objectif
est multiple, comprendre les parcours de ces créateurs de startups, les difficultés qu’ils ont rencontrées, et comment tout cela se
matérialise concrètement, finalement un vrai feedback d’entrepreneur.
Par ailleurs, il est auteur de nombreux articles sur Le Cercle Les Echos, Le Journal Du Net, L’Obs ou encore Siècle Digital. Il est
aussi l’auteur du livre blanc « #80PortraitDeStartuper » et du livre « Portraits de startupers – édition 2017 » aux éditions Maxima.
