• Independent Living Retirement Facility
providing rental accommodations for seniors
who need minimal to moderate support with
their daily living activities.
• This type of facility enables residents to live
as independently as possible, with access
supportive services which provides them the
opportunity to age in place.

• Non-profit organization, managed by Avide
Property Management, a division of Co-op
Atlantic.
• Peoples Park Tower opened in 1975 with 272
units. Ten years later, Phase II was added
with another 53 units.

Subsidized Apartments
• 88 one bedroom apartments that are
subsidized through the Department of Social
Development.
• Rent is based on household income.

7. STANDARD APARTMENTS
•Choose between a studio, one bedroom &
two bedroom apartments
•Rent ranges from $623-$817/month and
includes heat, lights, hot water and cable
parking.
•Size of the apartments range from 400 sq.
feet-700 sq. ft.
•Month to month lease, with a 30 day notice
to vacate required.

8. ENHANCED APARTMENTS
•Renovated apartments featuring plank flooring,
ceramic tile, crown molding, up to date countertops
and cabinetry.
•Two Lifestyle Packages to chose from:
•Active Adult- includes heat, lights, hot water,
cable tv, newspaper, lifeline, one meal a day,
weekly housekeeping
•Full Service – includes heat, lights, hot water,
cable tv, newspaper, lifeline, three meals a day,
weekly housekeeping, weekly laundry, medications
administration, transportation to medical
appointments.
