Subsidized Apartments
• 88 one bedroom apartments that are
subsidized through the Department of Social
Development.
• Rent is based on household income.
7. STANDARD APARTMENTS
•Choose between a studio, one bedroom &
two bedroom apartments
•Rent ranges from $623-$817/month and
includes heat, lights, hot water and cable
parking.
•Size of the apartments range from 400 sq.
feet-700 sq. ft.
•Month to month lease, with a 30 day notice
to vacate required.
8. ENHANCED APARTMENTS
•Renovated apartments featuring plank flooring,
ceramic tile, crown molding, up to date countertops
and cabinetry.
•Two Lifestyle Packages to chose from:
•Active Adult- includes heat, lights, hot water,
cable tv, newspaper, lifeline, one meal a day,
weekly housekeeping
•Full Service – includes heat, lights, hot water,
cable tv, newspaper, lifeline, three meals a day,
weekly housekeeping, weekly laundry, medications
administration, transportation to medical
appointments.
